Interview Request Form
To request a family admissions interview, please submit the online form below. You can also print a form, fill it out, and mail it to the school. Or, simply call us and we will be glad to mail you a form.
After receiving your request, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for a family interview. There is a non-refundable fee of $15.00 for the interview.
As a matter of policy, we require both parents or guardians who live in the immediate area to attend the interview.
